Facial Cleanser
You are using a cleanser with salicylic acid during pregnancy?
I'm about 20 weeks pregnant and so far all tests and ultrasound are normal. However, I just realized that since the beginning of my pregnany I've been using this facial cleanser that contains salicylic acid in it. How damage do you think this may have for me and my baby? I can use St. Ives cleanser and rarely, I also dab some toner Neutrogena also contains salicylic acid.
I used it with my two pregnancies, the first was about 5%, the second was 2%, to read about it when I realized that not supposed to year, and said that the absorption is very, very minimal through skin contact, most warnings are only for this pill as you can take, there's no studies that show the damage from contact with the skin, I would not worry. my children are well
