Most people do not drink enough fluids, and when they do, they rarely drink water, which is essential for basic metabolism. A common mistake people make is believing that because they drink more fluids, consuming enough water. (Here's a bit of sarcasm: Well, the reason water is called water and other beverages have specific names because each one has different properties and effects on your body duh)!
Water is the most important in your life, perhaps even more important than air because more than three-quarters of your body is water. Dehydration is one of the key causes of "disease". The usual reasons not to drink water is not like the taste, bad taste, bad taste Here are some tips, no just to drink enough water for optimal metabolism .. but to enjoy drinking water.

1) Water Goblet. Drink from a special, large attractive glass that is used specifically for water.
