Intex Filter Pump # 637 does not suck … any suggestions?
Our pump filter does not suck anything at all, unless the top is screwed open which in turn all the water will spill into the top instead of filtering back into the pool. watched a troubleshooting guide, said that release air that may get caught, he did nothing, and yet. intex duiring tried to call there are hours and received a recording stating that "due to the volume of unexpected phone call that we can not take your call, please call back "anyone else have this problem? help please:)
sounds consumption the pump is clogged. make sure the water goes to the pump. to loosen the screw that are releasing water from the cleaner side of the pump. Remove the hose to the outlet and the pump. see if you get the suction. keep your hand on consumption. you should feel suction. put the hose back and see what happens. I doubt that the pump is its not just bad to get water for
