Kinetics of degradation fluxion (KDF) Water Filters
KDF is an alloy of copper and zinc used in most shower filters filters for drinking water. It removes free chlorine from water by reversing the electrochemical process that originally produced the chlorine. Chlorine is created by the separation of chloride ions of sodium in a brine solution.
Kinetic Degradation Fluxion (KDF) is a formulation of high-purity copper and zinc using a chemical process Basic known as redox (oxidation / reduction) to remove chlorine, lead, mercury, iron and hydrogen sulfide from water sources. The process also has a mild anti-bacterial and fungicitic algaecitic, effect and may reduce the accumulation of lime.
KDF 's media used in the pre-treatment and primary treatment applications to supplement or replace existing technologies to prolong life useful system to reduce pollution by heavy metals, chlorine and hydrogen sulfide. These small amounts of copper to inhibit the growth of viruses, algae, fungi and bacteria in the water.
These trace amounts are well below the daily minimum copper required, so there's no way you'll get too much copper in your diet. Assuming we're not going to take a bathroom pool.
