Is heated spa / pool use can be when TTC and the period is due in 7 days?
We have been ttc and I had signs of ovulation about 14/15 day cycle and had sex around the days. So I hope that this month is our month. We have been TTC since April 2009. Do you think that with a heated spa / pool would be good when TTC? My next period is due on 14 August.
If you have a chemical pregnancy history miscarriage or early period definitely stay out of a hot tub, jacuzzi. But swimming pools are fine as long as it is not so hot you dizzy or feel like sweat.
