Tank Canister
I want to install a tank of cichlids I have a Fluval 404 filter box is this appropriate?
3ftx20in area to the site I have a tank, what size use.what tank i will advice otherwise I have to buy and what would be best to start with the cichlids. I kept a community tank in the past thanks
I'm not a person cichild great, but I'm building a working knowledge of them. There will always be some level of control about cichilds different as 8 in the corner I explained the other day, and may vary from one territory or facility is challenging others to venture into them. This just in his nature, even with a large amount of space, at some point in time that will happen. He advised me that the best option is to give as much space as possible and as many rocks and caves as possible to avoid aggression limited. Of course, common sense would also keep the number of fish of lower overall efficiency will help also. One thing I noticed and read a lot is the ratio between men and women seems to be important cichilds. Unless you have a lot of space, or keep a count over women's high up, you have 2 or more males of the same species will lead to a fight at some point. Taiwan bought my reefs at a ratio of 3 males and 5 females, and this is what was recommended by the seller. They will not be here until next weekend, so I guess I'll let you know what will lol. You do not really can say what is the best cichild to be honest. Because so many possibilities out there, and what might work for you as well, might not work for me, but that does not mean anything better than fish and then the other. Now I could give reccomendations on what I like and I know, but there is always someone who could give an alternative different feel is better. In the end, what really matters is that the fish are healthy, you like them, and thrive. I recommend the yellow labs, I find it docile enough not to try to kill everyone. I also like Blue Acara from what I read, but that is a State of America and South Africa. I had Oscar, and they are pigs dirty and aggressive, but are colored and have a character to them. Reef Tiawan I'm doing because I think their colors are super and their levels of aggression not show the top list. Also I have some yellow Baenchi peacocks seem to be a bit more aggressive then the labs, but not to kill anyone. I have a couple of Mbuna Demonsi I think that is what they are not, positive, and are quite aggressive, but their coloration is similar to reefs Hai, if you've seen one of those. Mine are aqua blue, then typical deep purple, and I have them because of their color, and had no idea what they were. They killed a couple of my zebra globalization and a pair of guppies, so their aggression is my fault. They are in a community of 15 gallons and I'm sure that when they move to my 180 liters, aggression should receive displaced There are tons of options out there to be honest. I just hope that you find something you like and watch them grow and develop into adults and perhaps even race. That to me is the true pride and joy of this hobby, knowing that it has created an environment for the fish of this maintenance level are played in best of luck to you.
