The pool has a Hayward Vari-Flo valve system. How I can use this madness?
There are options, a gate valve, some counters Pump time, big 'ol thing a full arena, etc, HELP!
In all likelihood, the gate is in the pipeline to enter in front of the pump. It is there to help prime the pump again after opening the pump cover to dump the basket. typical maintenance weekly that the team was like this. If you have a pool heater gas, turn it off. Vacuum your pool. 1 / Lay out the flushing hose, ensuring that no strains 2 / Shut off pump and close to gatevalve. 3/Open the top of the pump and empty the debris. replace the basket and cover making sure that the board cover is free of debris and intact. 4 / Set filter valve upstream. Is 180 degrees from its current position of the valve. If this is a Hayward, all filter positions clearly marked. These tags do not go out and some models are actually sealed. 5 / Turn on the pump and open the gate valve on the line suction. 6 / Haywards Most are equipped with a window (small glass bottle) on the filter valve. It displays the color of water that out of turbulence. the stop light, dirty, of course. 7 / When clear sign that the water, turn off the pump and valve switch to rinse filter. Run pump for 5 seconds. 8/Stop pump and valve switch to the filter (where it began) Farm. Turn on the pump. Already do their laundry weekly. Wind wash hose and turn your pool heater again. You say you have timers, as in plural, ie, two? One likely will be for the filter pump. The other could be for a Polaris cleaner sweep. Is there another pump motor for your team? Is there a strange 3-wheeled, blue, and "car" white with a tail and a 20-foot hose or so? If so, you will need to ensure that timers are synchronized. Both must be both and Polaris have to only run during the filter cycle. How long clean Polaris is up to you, but you can only go when the filter is set to run. Is important because if Polaris is run without the filter of the pump is going to roast the shaft seal. It is based on the filter pump to provide enough water to run. As for the filter pump itself, I like to see them run any less than 16 hours a day. The equipment is sized to deliver water of pool about 1.5 times a day. Vaccing given time while the heater to cool enough it can turn the pump filter cleaning or doing other maintenance on the system. As for the sand that lasts a year, I saw someone online. Nope. While keeping your equipment and water chemistry that takes 8 years before you need to think a change of sand. Moreover, it is necessary to add sand filters. If they start to lose some of the returns to the pool or washing line, you have a problem that the addition of sand will not fix. The filter needs internal repair or valve Vari flo.
