Water Filter Monitor

Bettas can accept the change of the tank with ease and have food on holiday?
I rescued this sweet Betta "swishy" of 1 "of water at Walmart, about a year ago. He has been living in a round pan about 10 "since then, with rock and plastic plants. Put much attention and is very sensitive. Because of their small environment, I monitor daily water conditions, etc. We leave for 10 days, and I have a fear of leaving in the hands of pet sitter, you can not take enough care of it. I wonder if I should remove it with a tank heater and filter, or is this a big change, you scared? Also, is there such a thing as a holiday meal for a Betta? We went for 4 nights for months and it took me a month to what to eat properly again. The pet sitter, like many people – "which is a fish" mentality, I think – do not put any thought into how they fed him, despite all the instructions I left. Betta particular, any experience with this? Thanks!
Hello! You are right to worry about a babysitter, in my experience if you never have owned a fish that SE overfeeding. I am one of my children into this best friend, in bulk in foods: (lost one and finished with the putrefaction of the fin and dropsy in the other two. Definitely get the tank when it is going to do it easir heat and reduce stressful water changes. They have a light bio-load, to put it there only while cycles should be fine. I have a 5 gallon hex for one of my men is perfect. The flows are not too strong, bubbling over as they did not insist. I able to maintain the temperature of 78-80 degrees, so it's nice and warm. Thus the water quality remains impeccable As feeders of the holiday that are available, but I never put a filter in a tank. Waste decompose and add to water tanks and funk to the pH level, and you're gone and not monitoring water quality will go down. In the filter tank and heating, it should be fine, just be sure to check the quality and conduct a water change when you return. Best of luck!
