Water Filter Pitcher Fluoride

What is the cheapest way to filter fluoride from my tap water?
Help! I have hypothyroidism and have been investigating the fact that it can be caused by fluoride. I grew up in a city that has a heavy level of fluoride in tap water, and have recently moved there. I am very concerned that this will make my life worse every day so my hypothyroidism worse … I've noticed I do not feel well, but doctors have their sheets of paper that say I should be fine. The more research I do, the more I look and fluoride is something I have to remove my water! Britta pitchers do not filter out fluoride! I live in an apartment and do not have many more to spend on a luxury filtering device, any suggestions?
First, try not to get all the zealous defenders of conventional thinking to bother you. Opus and friends almost always say there is evidence of something not taught in medical school. cure for hyperthyroidism was to make someone take a bath in fluoridated water. Fluoride is off the thyroid, and which replaces the iodine in it, and hypothyroidism is usually more acute and obvious sign of fluoride poisoning chronicle, while most other things are much harder to detect. There is a really great book written on the subject called the fluoride deception explains many things really well. If you give me your email I would be happy to send you. As for your question itself goes, I know the best systems to eliminate Fluoride is a system of reverse osmosis filtration. The specific model I used, I found a guy who worked at the local hospital and used to dialysis (artificial filtration of water for those with kidney failure) patients, as any other water filter that does not take fluoride also because of complications clinics. The company that made the reverse osmosis filter is called multipure (Y is preceded by a carbon filter to take some other things out). There others are reverse osmosis systems, but many of them have defective membranes (which means that the reverse osmosis system does not work very well). Some people have broken the ass to find good sources for each part and assembling their own systems for less than it would normally buy, but I think the whole process is too much of a hassle, therefore, I recommend reverse osmosis systems. The other unique filtering system that I know of which fluoride out of water is through distillation. Some people argue that the approach, but for a lot of reasons not think it's a good (ie distilled water is not very good for your body.) Beyond water you drink, there are few places where exposure to it is a big issue. The first is in the shower (as it diffuses through the skin F). There are shower filters that can block the chlorine (and make a big difference, if only in the way the water feels on your skin) that can be purchased for about $ 50 (I also I have a multipure one), and somewhat counter Fluoride (but not completely). Fluoride is also common in foods. Is not well understood, but the plant Tea, of course, is concentrated fluoride, so if possible in all that one should try to avoid it. It is also a toxin that tends to accumulate in the food chain and is at higher levels in processed foods largely as household waste eating fresh produce as far as possible also applies to the reduction exposure to fluoride. In fact, the best bet to prevent fluoride poisoning is just to live in an area where it is put in water. Hawaii and Utah both have very low levels of fluoridation, so you might want to conceive in movement there. Anyway, that's all I know on the subject and tried to give an answer as detailed as I could. Hope that helps! The other only thing I can add is that some branches of Chinese medicine to deal specifically with hypothyroidism, and I know that some People who had to heal the view accupuncturists good.
