Water Filter Tank Wrench

TP filter VS. Compressed Air Dryer?
I do the normal work of the body of my garage for 2 cars. I can use tools such as 6 "D / A Sander, Online Board Sander, 1 / 2 "Drive Impact Wrench sandblasted, DeVilbiss HVLP Spray Gun, and a Blaster Spot Media. Currently I have a Campbell Hausfeild 60 gallon compressor, and have terrible problems with water in my lines. I have a water trap which does absolutely nothing. Now I'm getting a spare 10 gallon tank the water / air mixture to travel first, and then I'll put one of those water filters toilet paper, or am looking for a DeVilbiss desiccant filter / dryer compressed air. Any opinions on what works best? TP filter is about $ 80, and the air dryer will be about 250. Which is better or is there a users' hand the first place? I will move my second away from the compressor tank / tank when I get one. Along with the filter or a dryer. I just need to know to get. And now drain main tank water every 30 minutes of use.
Recently a friend of mine had the same problem, tried the glass bead first and dryer did not work so she went to the air dryer was much better
