Reverse osmosis filters water
Water from the tap is perfect. If you do not use a filter in your body is the filter. Which of these two phrases are more true? Both are partially true.
In many places, tap water does not taste good. In other places, tap water has small amounts of substances not want to drink – and throughout life could have an effect on you.

The carbon block filters strain out sediment, dirt, bacteria, algae, chlorine, certain pesticides, asbestos, and more. Filter submicron particle size, so water quality that tastes good.
Water passing through activated carbon block still has some particles, chlorine, nitrates, fluoride, and dissolved other trash. The next step better water quality is a reverse osmosis filter.

The truth is that the ultrapure water needed minerals. If you get the calcium and magnesium in your diet, you are more than acceptable. ultrapure water has no lead, copper, barium, or other garbage.
For me, the choice is clear. I want the water is water. While getting calcium and other minerals from food or supplements you should be fine. In addition, copper excess is not good for you, why do it in the water?
