Water Filter With Bottles
What is the best way to filter tap water with high amounts of chlorine?
I recently moved to Corpus Christi, Texas and the water here is TERRIBLE. It smells and tastes like pool water. Does anyone have a suggestion for filtering it that won’t cost an arm and a leg? I tried the Brita filter, used that when I lived in California, but it doesn’t seem to help at all. I’ve just been buying bottled water for the last week or so, I want something that doesn’t require frequent trips to the store.

You really don’t have to spend that much for a filter that can be very effective against chlorine. There are several filters on the market that are very effective to remove taste and odor caused by chlorine. You can find counter top, under sink, and faucet mount filters for under $100 and they are very effective.
